Don't even waste your time trying to get them to come out. I tried for months and called them a couple times a week, either for them to say they don't have a ticket for me, or that they would be out in a couple days. The last time I talked to them was about 2-3 weeks ago and they still haven't showed up. Call Roto Rooter instead.
